Use the repair form to share the work, the city and how to reach you. Please leave out passwords, access codes, payment details and confidential records.
What a request contains
The form asks for your name, email, city, work description and preferences. A business name, phone number and access preferences are optional. We use these details to review and respond to your request and, if work is agreed, to arrange and document it.
Who receives it
Requests are handled by FixDuty and the owner’s operational systems. Relevant details may be shared with the person assigned to assess or carry out the work. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing list because you requested a repair.
Website operation
Website and hosting systems process basic connection information for delivery, security and abuse prevention. This website uses no advertising cookies or advertising trackers. Your form entries stay in the open page until you submit or leave; they are not saved to browser storage.
Records and choices
We retain request and job records as needed to respond, deliver the agreed work and meet recordkeeping obligations. You may ask about access, correction or deletion through hello@fixduty.com. Some completed-job records may need to be retained.
Keep sensitive details private
Share exact access arrangements privately after a visit is agreed. Avoid photographs containing people, personal documents or security details.
